CALLING ALL 55+ MEN AND WOMEN! GET OUT AND STAY ACTIVE!

What we are all about:

To provide older adults (55+) in Ontario with an opportunity to:

  • Increase their social interaction with others,
  • Increase their physical and mental well-being,
  • Maintain and enhance their psychological and physiological well-being through participation in recreational activities and sports.

Chatham-Kent Senior Games (District 33A) is just one of 41 Senior Games Districts in Ontario.  Now known as the Chatham-Kent 55+ Games Association, it organizes a wide variety of summer and winter events, for all interests, mobility, and ability levels.

Although many compete just for the fun of it (and bragging rights), competitive participants are eligible to move on and represent Chatham-Kent at regional and provincial finals.  For more information on the Ontario Senior Games Association (OSGA) go to www.ckseniorgames.com
